1/2 Cap
Agents who join our team benefit from 1/2 the normal cap on commission paid to EXP REALTY. Single agents would cap at $16,000/year however, any agent on our team would have a cap equal to 1/2 of that ($8000/year)

Yes! If you grow out of the team model, you can switch from the team to the downline at anytime or if you decide that the team environment is a better option you can join our team at any point as well.
Yes! The Matt Ferguson Group offers you a $50 thank you fee for every agent that we meet for a recruiting call or coffee. You will also have that agent join your downline for future benefits (see EXP downline incentives on our website). Matt Ferguson Group also offers a signing bonus for agents that you recruit to the team, please ask us for full details.

Agents who join our team get an endless supply of ISA-qualified leads. We also teach you how to convert these leads at a high level so you spend less time learning. We will analyze the key performance indicators that will determine your success, the first one being, appointments set. While agents in our group do not receive leads from our team, we do teach you have to prospect and generate your own business from a variety of lead sources. Generating leads on your own with take time or money, when you are new, you have lots of time so you can spend more time generating leads but when you reach the next level you are busy but you have money to generate leads consistently so we can help you every step of the way.
