We offer weekly masterminds with our massive upline, covering topics important for single agents; learning about financial freedom; and advanced topics like recruiting for large teams or brokerages.
1/2 Cap
Agents who join our team benefit from 1/2 the normal cap on commission paid to EXP REALTY. Single agents would cap at $16,000/year however, any agent on our team would have a cap equal to 1/2 of that ($8000/year)

Full Cap
Agents who join our downline would pay the normal cap on commission paid to EXP REALTY. Single agents would cap at $16,000/year but could qualify for the ICON AWARD.
Icon Award
When an agent achieves ICON status, that agent can earn up to $16,000 worth of eXp World Holdings common stock, which is made up of an $8,000 Production Award, a $4,000 Cultural Commitment Award and a $2,000 Event Attendance Award for each approved event.

How much can I make? Can I make more with one of the options?
It doesn’t matter what option you choose, we will set you up for success. It’s our job to facilitate the best environment for you to take action towards your goals.
Can I switch options?
Yes! If you grow out of the team model, you can switch from the team to the downline at anytime or if you decide that the team environment is a better option you can join our team at any point as well.
Do you have any incentives if I refer a friend?
Yes! The Matt Ferguson Group offers you a $50 thank you fee for every agent that we meet for a recruiting call or coffee. You will also have that agent join your downline for future benefits (see EXP downline incentives on our website). Matt Ferguson Group also offers a signing bonus for agents that you recruit to the team, please ask us for full details.
What's the catch? This sounds too good to be true.
We want to grow and contribute to the agent community. This is an amazing offer and we want to reward our partners for getting in while we are still growing so we can grow together. We won’t be offering these deals long term but any agents that partner with us now will be grandfathered this deal forever. That’s our promise to our team.
